Vibrant, Quality Bluegrass
Dark green and rich in color, this particular variety does well with disease and holds up well in winter. It has a softer feel and a thinner blade of grass. It does require more water and will stress if not regularly watered.
We have a 5-seed blend of Bluegrass - we design our own varieties through our seed company and use only "certified" seed to ensure your lawn is rich, green, and free of disease and weed matter. Bluegrass has rhizomes so it self-heals under dormancy conditions. Overseeding is also a good way to thicken up the lawn when thin spots do accrue.
Durable, Long-Lasting Fescue
Fescue needs less water and fertilizer and won't stress as much as Bluegrass in high heat with adequate watering. Although its color is not as green of bluegrass - it still looks vibrant. Blades are wider, and will not be as soft as the bluegrass.
Our Fescue is a tri-blend grass. It's very durable and great for backyards with dogs as well as daycare facilities. Fescue grass will take longer to recover but is more durable in traffic areas. In Heat of summer, but with the watering systems bluegrass is wonderful for those who like to spend time on their lawns.
